Not the fight we want
First time around, these two gladiators put on a real back and forth show, with both fighters rocking each other at different points in the bout, but as exciting as the first fight was, this is not the fight that we (the fans) want to see. We're still asking that burning question, who is the best heavyweight on the planet? If you ask 20 boxing fans you'll get 3 or 4 different answers repeatedly.
The fight we really (the fans) want is the rematch between Fury and Wilder and considering the controversy surrounding the decision of the first fight, it should have been an immediate rematch, but instead here we are almost a year to the date of the first bout and still no rematch and as we seen in the Joshua vs Ruiz fight anything can happen in boxing, and if Fury or Wilder get beat then the rematch loses a lot of its appeal and excitement.
Ortiz will most likely come into this fight with a lot of confidence considering how close he came to wrestling the title away from Wilder the first time around, but since their last encounter, Wilder has faced the toughest fight of his career and prevailed, somewhat controversially, but he should have taken a lot away from that fight and be a better fighter for it. I give Wilder the advantage in this one and predict that he will win in an more dominant manner in this rematch.
