Ok, maybe not a big idea, but...
These days, Steem price is very low AND some people who invested in Steem and powered it up, would like to leave. On the other hand, lots of people believe in Steemit's long-term potential and future price evolution, so these days they are wondering if it's the right time to buy Steem and power up. So...here is a market: let's set up some escrow mechanism allowing a safe resale process for Steemit accounts with high SP. I would then expect an account with e.g. 5000SP to sell at e.g. 50% of market value for the same amont of liquid steem. This would be a bit like a futures market ;-)
Obviously, buyers will be required to pay with liquid STEEM
