BoulderSunday by @shasta - My Home Beach !!
Hi @shasta this week for @bouldersunday i am going to take you for a walk along my home town beach in Sydney , Australia where i was bought up by my parents. My parents bought a home about two streets back from this beach called Maroubra Beach and this was my playground for years every summer afternoon after school i would be at this beach with friends surfing.
This was one extraordinary place to live full of life and energy on the South-East coast of Sydney , Australia my school and house just been down the road from the beach and my favorite beach more or less across from me but it wasn't only the surf that use to bring us to this beach it was also the amazing formation of these beautiful boulders and cliff edges which i loved walking along and exploring mother nature.
It often amazed me how some of these rocks came to be formed or even how they got in those position but then hear of these powerful winds that have been known to literately pick rocks up or just roll them into different positions the power of mother nature is how they end up in these different areas and positions.
And the way they are formed into looking into all these different shapes ans sizes well can you image the sea water is constantly pounding against them rock cliffs and rocks and adding the heavy rains , winds and salt water all this combination will give you all these amazing looks over so many years of erosion from all these sources.
I loved my home town beach and still do , it was not only for surfing or sun baking but a very educational beach for my science projects back in my school days.
I will leave you with this "I myself crave a love so deep for the cliffs and the rocks that the ocean would be jealous of me."

What a wonderful place to explore and live near. It was most interesting how there was an area corralled off for safe swimming.
Thank you @redheadpei it is a lovely beach with a lots to do and see that's for sure i love spending time there as a youngster :)
wow sir hangin! what a great place to be, so you were a beach bum? lol.. what is that pool doing right against the ocean??
Well they use to call us surfer boys "Wax Heads" but they were just jealous...lol :)
That pool they ice it up in winter for people who are game enough to swim in it , it will certainly wake up your brain cells ....haha :)
Howdy today sir hangin! what in the world? Ice it up? in the winter? What for? lol.
Hey why "Wax heads?" because of waxing the surfboards? Do they still have to was surfboards?
How you doing sir janton they say cold ice water stimulates your body cells keeps you younger and gets your hair growing more on your head if your going bold...look it up google it , it's very interesting but i will give that a miss i would turn into a ice cube diving in that..lol :
That is right sir janton wax heads because waxing our surf boards all the time and yes they still do it :)
haha! ok sir hangin so that means I can call you a Wax head and it's okay? lol.. it doesn't sound like a very mean nickname or anything, kinda cool.
Na i don't have the long hair and the surf board anymore so it wouldn't be appropriate i have the fast cars now so you can call me Vin Diesel that's more kinda cool ....hehe :)
Vin! how's it going sir Vin? what kind of car do you have?
Vin i like sir @janton that's cool :)
I have a Trans-Am Pontiac 85 model with a big block Chevy in it :)
