Thanks so much @nikv and for the curation also!! The 190 foot high outcrop is a natural formation. The state purchased the park in 1949 to preserve it. It is made of quartzite and a hard quartz-pebble metaconglomerate and was formed millions of years ago. There is a plaque near the structure that I learned that from. 😊 😉
