Does Steemit(dtube) has a Bot problem?

Since I joined Steemit I am woundering why there are so many bots on this website. There are "good" bots like @steemitboard, but there are also "bad" bots who will spam your comment section with annoying comments or upvote someone's video to get more traffic. Maybe it is just imignation because I am just uploading videos on dtube. In the end I think dtube has a bot problem and the Steemit developer should take a look at this.

Btw: Feel free to comment what you think about bots on steemit.
