Crypto from the perspective of time
HODL. Yes bitcoin and some other coins will be worth millions in the future, populations will soar, nations and fiat currency will die off but bitcoin will remain. Think about time. How lucky are we to be here? Billions of years probably more than that, we happen to be in this moment of time. We all won the lottery, or even better odds fo sho; we all got the golden ticket to the chocolate factory. Once again, HODL!

Yes also buy, plenty of time to buy. I see a bullish market coming into the summer. I am investing roughly a few hundred a week similar to my 401K . Slow and steady wins the race and has the strongest hands.
I'm bullish on bitcoin but bearish on your 401k. I really like bitcoin's upward volatility right now. Perhaps if the stock market really starts to tank I could invest in shorting it.
