@discordia Review! New Voting Bot

Now! We have another choice to vote our post, Call @discordia. It is new robot it alive only 4 days. In his 4th day, he has over 14000 steem power. We can use to request Votes on a post! There are many steem voter bots but @discordia is slightly different with other bots. Because of @discordia is a bid robot. It uses bid system on voting. It separates his voting rounds, one round has about 1 hour and 20 minutes before a round start he calculates bids that sent from his clients and according to the size of bids, he distributes voting power. If you sent a few amount of bid and this round have many high bids you can lose your payment without getting any vote. 0.1 SBD may be a certain amount because I test it twice and getting votes without losing. @discordia Written a notice in his post as
