Thank you for your comment. Yes, this bot is there to help minnows and people who lack visibility on their publications. I hope I can make it evolve for larger upvote but always in the spirit of steemit. This bot is manual so it may take time to vote (sometimes a few hours, I sleep and work ^ ^), but in any case it will vote in x3.
