yea I agree with that, I wrote a post on it about a month ago. If I don't upvote a post/comment I reply to it is either deep in a comment tree or I pointedly don't upvote it.
With just 10 votes per day, your bot would limit my social interactions. I don't have a slider. Why would you want to do that?
