Growing up, she suffered from chronic joint pain, and at age 15 was diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) type 3, a connective tissue disease affecting her joints, muscles, skin and organs. Doctors gave Emily a feeding tube because she couldn't keep liquuds or food down. It has been a huge challenge, but it hasn't stopped Emilly from pursuing her passion for beauty blogging and make up tutorials.
