Soles Gave Up
This is a sorry sight of my old and trusty mountaineering boots. They are around 16 years young. I didn't use them for many years. When I finally gave them a second chance they opened their soles.
This is the end of the road for you, my boots.

This makes me sad actually, I get so attached to my favorite clothes. BUT you can get them resouled at an old school shoe shop if you really want to keep them. I got new soles for my favorite shoes.
