BOOLEAN COIN Explained

A lot of people here on steemit are talking about the project Boolean, and so I thought of looking into it.
I am thankful to @premkumarroy, as it was after reading his article that I came to know about the project.
The basic idea behind the project is to combat fake news by flagging fake news.
