I've seen a very good Teds Talk video about the art of not giving a fuck, and Mark Manson was not the person giving the talk either. I forget the name of the lady that gave the talk, but she did a very good job. Looks like this is a very popular topic which can be easily self taught. So like...yes...who needs a book? :-)
