The Power of Now - Healing the Pain Within
Inside of us all lies resentment, deep-rooted or not.
We've all been hurt, lied to, and betrayed.
This stimulus often triggers a very dangerous response to all of us, evident in our thoughts of harming others, ourselves, and dwelling on our unfortunates in life. We develop a lethal habit for our health mentally and physically when we are unconscious of what is happening to us.
It is NOT normal or healthy to think negatively -- under any circumstance
This is a result of the Pain Body
Eckhart, the author of The Power of Now defines the pain body as an energy form of emotional pain, "a pain body forms during the accumulation of painful life experiences that were not fully faced and accepted in the moment it arose."
The pain body may stay in a dormant state, this means you may not feel any of the effects for a while, or until it has been triggered. A very common sign of the pain body arising may be as simple as thinking negatively or in thoughts of pain.
The pain body will continue to "feed" on pain and negativity unless you remain very aware of whats happening to you.
When these signs arise it is most important to stay completely conscious of the pain body, as living in the complete present, is the key to healing the pain body.
Catching the pain body in an early state is crucial for your well-being and happiness, before it draws you in deeper.
