In this self-portraying work, Abbey narratives his opportunity as a recreation center officer and considers scene, culture, governmental issues, tourism, ecological dismissal, and debasement — doing as such with a one of a kind mix of ornery appeal and amazing depiction. In spite of the fact that set in his dearest Southwest, Desert Solitaire wonderfully and recklessly catches the substance of the American outside, loaded with hate for those who'd try to ruin its regular ponder.
