i have witnessed some sort of diversity between what anime we watch in my country ( which was basically more action and serious ones) while in Japan in many interviews most people replied with anime that i would characterize as a more ''otaku'' type of anime with school girls, perverted scenes etc etc (you know what i am talking about)

Also china has done a pretty decent job with some anime they presented at least 3 years now and i can foretell they will get deep into the anime industry
