Lucky Bear by Joan Phillips

The title of this book is Lucky Bear by Joan Phillips. It was published by Random House, Inc. 

After,  the maker of the bear made the bear he stopped and admired it. He liked the red hat he placed on the bear. He named the bear Lucky after placing a blue scarf around its neck. He placed the bear on the shelf. How long will this bear sit on the shelf collecting dust? Let’s find out! Lucky began to speak to the other toys when its owner went away. He suggested to the toys ,  Let’s go out and play. All the toys refused and remained on the shelf. Right outside the window Lucky jumped out himself. Lucky found a friend in the park after almost drowning. Then he flew in the air with a balloon and got stuck in a tree. A young boy climbed the tree and told Lucky he needed a bear. Lucky left with the young boy.
