The last of the mohicans by James Fenimore Cooper

The Last of the Mohicans by James Fenimore Cooper (1826) I do enjoy reading these old classics, as it shows what has changed and how so much stays the same. Every time I picked it up it was for some reason with a bit of hesitation, but within a few lines I would be thoroughly engrossed. I also found out after finishing the book there is a prequel and sequel.. Which explains the ending. I also couldn't help but have the "last of the mohicans" soundtrack playing in my head.. Recommend the book and even more so if you know the soundtrack :^)
