Born to run by Christopher McDougall

Born to Run by Christopher McDougall. I had heard about the book and ideas in it many years ago, which actually led me to run bare foot in Singapore, Sentosa Island. Which was very enjoyable, the feeling of the wind between my toes reminded me of being a kid and running for fun. But regarding the book it jumps around a bit, rambles on, but is fairly entertaining. Honestly not worth the read, but glad it came out and the story is shared. I'll certainly be running more from now on :^) (please do your own research regarding barefoot running)
