I was talking to bookmaker Majibur Rahman (63), he resides in the reserve tank (Nagar Bhaban) area of ​​Manikganj. As a government official, he is now living his life.

When Mozibar Rahman was a student of high school, he was interested in reading books. Buying regular books, and collecting books from friends. In this way he became a bookmarker. He said that friends used to buy Eid when he bought Eid. Besides, when he joined the service, he started buying books for the most of his salary. Now in his collection there are about 5 thousand books. This book has created a huge personal library.

It is found in his home in the house, the collection of thousands of books in his preservation. The book is beautifully decorated in two or three rooms of the house. It is like the book's forest. The total number of his books is not known. It is estimated that there will be five thousand books for his preservation. It is difficult to organize such books in small scale town like Manikganj.

Among his books on the library, there are books on religion, science, politics, politics, economics, cultural and many other topics. Many of these books are rare, which are no longer available to buy outside.

He has many dreams about this library. There are plans to get more books in the future and to expand its library. He has plans to give new generations the opportunity to read books in the library to encourage reading. From the responsibility of society, he has preserved books and built a library.
