Hello World! How is everyone this Friday!

Today I’m very excited to feature a book which is not your regular book of fiction, non fiction, biography etc instead it’s a book which is full of positive affirmations and which instantly brings you to the NOW! I love how it shifts my perceptions and makes me see the magnitude of simple teachings in life. This book is also quite pleasing to the eyes, full of colorful, simple and artistic illustrations which adds just the right pop of color into your life. It is literally like a happy pill which you can take daily. The name of the book is Calm by Anna Barnes. It's an ideal gift to give to your friend, partner, co-worker or your parent. Its beauty is in its simplicity which can make anyone's day. Content ranges from calm in the mind to exercising your way to calmness and more. My favorite affirmation from the book is: 'Our freedom can be measured by the number of things we can walk away from'
