Is bone cancer the most interesting or terrifying disease/condition for humans? Why?

Bone cancer is probably the scariest common disease.
And when you see the late-stage effects of you, you know why:

The above case was caused by sarcoma bone cancer and the needles you are seeing were created when calcium was deposited into the bone.

The osteocytes usually repair the bone but because of the cancer, they are going nuts and adding bone structure in random places without any system or order.
