Despite failing to deliver Croatia's World Cup champion, Luca Modric won the Golden Ball Award and made it the best player of the 2018 World Cup.

Quoting the BBC, the Croatian national team captain is considered to appear expressive after successfully delivering Croatia for the first time playing in the final match of the World Cup. Unfortunately, in the final party that was held in stadioan Luzhniki Moscow, Modric appear less brilliant.
