Willi de Zutter requested the BOINC community to donate his statistic Website, today.

BOINCstats relies significantly on donations. Costs to keep BOINCstats running have gone up over the years. Unfortunately, the number of donations has decreased. We are already a couple of months behind.
If everyone reading this would donate we would be covered for the next year. I Understand not everybody can donate, but if you can, please consider making a small donating.

I think most of us have already vistited his statistic Website and maybe you used it for a comparision with other People during some project challenges. I think it would only be fair to help him now.

We've got a large advertising campaign coming up on boincstats so that should help a bit too.
Unfortunately, the support for it is rather thin (Gridcoinstats link). I don't know why, perhaps the community thinks it's too expensive?
In my opinion, this would be the right moment to negotiate a permanent banner on BOINCstats (just like on Netsoft), for a full year or so. We could probably get a large discount now that they need funding. And our marketcap has increased in the last few months, so I guess we could afford it. Just my two cents, of course, I realize that the community probably disagrees.
I think it's simply due to the seperate foundation voting panel instead of the normal voting panel, the majority of the network doesn't check the foundation section often.
I guess 20€ per day is a lot for a place we have already grazed most users.

Yes, advertising is expensive. But it shouldn't be measured in 'users per day only'. Just the fact that we can afford a banner on BOINCstats, visible all the time, would be a powerful marketing tool. Of course, we can wait until everything is perfect, but as they say a good plan executed today is often better than a perfect plan executed next month.
In comparison, a direct deal with Netsoft looks much cheaper at first. But when you do the viewable impressions math, it's proportionally equally expensive:
