Lift for 🇺🇸
If any of my followers are from the US of A, then make sure to get your lift in today for America. Just because it's an American Holiday and you're on a gym regimen, either take the day off and make up for it on a rest day, or find a way into a gym and get your training on. I know I did. Woke up early, got a quick push day workout sesh in, hiit sprints, and i was well on my way. If you're dedicated, you'll do things like that.

Hi @miranda.odell, greetings from another fitness junkie. I feel the same way. Whenever I feel the need to take the day off, I do sprint running or light cardio. That's really good for your heart. Nice to know that fitness is your priority. I have been in weight training around a year now. Now fitness is my passion. I'm new on steem it just like you. Hope we'll be good friends. FYI , you have an amazing physique.Keep up the good work. Looking forward for your post. :)
