There’s a simple answer to that 🔝 Each time you teach your body a new movement pattern it becomes immediately more FIT 💪

One of the ways we measure fitness gains is by increases in work load NOT JUST how big our biceps are 😉 If you haven’t jumped backwards before give it a try for an instant boost in athletic ability 💯 You’ll also feel a total burn 🔥 in those often overlooked rear delts. Remember that going outside your comfort zone is exponentially harder than simply bombing a workout.
