I Couldn't deposit my BNB to BNB app wallet and it was lost.
Does Binance make money the same way as a day robber?

I sent my KBNB in Klayswap wallet to the Binance app wallet by Klayswap’s
"Withdraw KBNB to BNB"

But there was a problem with the money not coming in.
I wonder what I'm doing something wrong
I looked up the transaction.
And I confirmed that Orbit bridge chain worked properly.

So, through the menu on the Binance app, Deposit Confirmation requested.
But the answer came as 'reject'.
My application is rejected.
with this Remarks:
"Dear users, this kind of internal transactions on the BSC network cannot be processed temporarily due to technical problems, and may be supported in the future."
It was really shocking.

What? Fucking “cannot be processed temporarily due to technical problems”
Is the customer responsible for the customer's financial loss due to the company's technical problems?

I can't quite agree with your answer.
How do you hold the customer accountable for minor problems caused by the inadequacy of your services?
Does your company really do not have any responsible for your technical problems?
Does Binance make money the same way as a day robber?

It is said to be a Cryptocurrency Exchange with the highest trading volume in the world, but the service is really shocking.
