Start to test BLURT blockchain

As the majority of you knows already, a couple of days ago the blurt blockchain was launched.

Because a clone of steem like hive, the holders of steem token at 20/05/2020 (block number 43526969) will receive blurt token as 1:1 basis.

We started already to implement the same services we provide already on steem and hive for blurt blockchain for our delegators.
