Basic routine of daily food to control blood pressure
Morning meal: -
- Use of fenugreek vegetable, gourd, radish
- Gram + raisins
- Beajn buttermilk drink (pour ginger) Evening meal: -
- Drink milk polenta
- Cow rice + bean regimen: - parwal, pumpkin, mango, pomegranate, new radishes, castor oil, ginger, honey, care and Pranyam, just rock salt to eat.
Don't use: - Madewale and stale foods, excessive worrying, more iodised salt food.
Diseases necessary rules for the discharge water to the general rule: - Before toothpaste drink two glasses of lukewarm water.
- Drink water always sitting gulp-gulp.
- while eating more than a sip of water shall not drink.
- Drink water after one and a half hours after taking meal.
- Always use lukewarm water.
