Basic routine of daily food to control blood pressure
Morning meal: -

  1. Use of fenugreek vegetable, gourd, radish
  2. Gram + raisins
  3. Beajn buttermilk drink (pour ginger) Evening meal: -
  4. Drink milk polenta
  5. Cow rice + bean regimen: - parwal, pumpkin, mango, pomegranate, new radishes, castor oil, ginger, honey, care and Pranyam, just rock salt to eat.
    Don't use: - Madewale and stale foods, excessive worrying, more iodised salt food.
    Diseases necessary rules for the discharge water to the general rule:
  6. Before toothpaste drink two glasses of lukewarm water.
  7. Drink water always sitting gulp-gulp.
  8. while eating more than a sip of water shall not drink.
  9. Drink water after one and a half hours after taking meal.
  10. Always use lukewarm water.
