The first step to blockchain ...

Friends! Together with you, for three years of work, we created a simple and user-friendly, structured information website about travels around the world, with an embedded social network. Our project gives an opportunity to all registered users to get not only quality knowledge about different countries and independently organize their travels, but also share their experience with other people, as well as receive income from their publications. Guides can place excursions and other services, with the possibility of booking and paying for a specific date and time. All registered users have the opportunity to rent or rent a house.

Working on such a large-scale and costly project, we kept thinking how to make it not only useful, but also financially attractive for each member of the Community, and also sought the opportunity to attract as many talented Users as possible to the project.

We have long considered the option of registering the Public Joint Stock Company (PAO) with subsequent issue of shares for sale, but strict state regulation, bureaucratic difficulties in its creation, the number of regulators and large financial costs, and, most importantly, taxes, helped us to abandon this crazy idea in time.

In December 2017 there was a "miracle". We accidentally read another interesting article about the technology of blockchain on the blog platform Medium (https://medium.com) and "drowned" in the possibilities and prospects of the blockchain ... ☺
