The Sharevest blockchain means we can execute the transfer of shares in real time and automate the processing of fully compliant documents. Our equity-backed tokens and electronic share certificates, makes the transfer of shares between two parties, swift, transparent and trustful.

The distributed ledger technology (DLT) will be at the centre of all exchanges in the future, bringing unrivalled efficiency, transparency and security. Sharevest is more than a DApp, our API shares the benefits of our blockchain and tokenization technology so that it can be built upon by other companies. Access to our library of investors, companies, company data, loans and investments will become an opportunity for other companies to start or envision more features for their own business. Our investment ecosystem has many resources which will have the ability to power other applications.
Sharevest aims to emulate this by sharing data and technology becoming a platform for other companies to build upon. Blockchain Technology : Distributed Ledger Technology offers greater transparency, and automated proof of compliance. The cryptographically designed system is structured with the intent of being unbreakable and extremely trustworthy. Currently, IPOs and other operational transactions in the traditional exchanges are conducted with inefficient and expensive paper-based ledgers
Comprehensive Investment Platform : Our service provides a place where companies can list their information allowing investors to research, communicate and invest. Combining quality data with the architecture for SMEs to list their service, means companies can be found by investors on a global scale.
Share Register Digitisation : ShareVest will maintain shareholder management and portfolio monitoring services on a distributed ledger. Potential or current shareholders will be able to access data on a permission-based model which ensures company data is only accessible to verified and qualified users
Shareholder Document Sharing : We have a dynamic share registrar which is open to all our existing shareholders, including their share class and ownership on the platform. Business owners can publish periodic reports and key financial information in one place instead of using email attachments, spreadsheets and letters.
Automated Share Registrar Updates : We will automate the processing of necessary documents with Companies House to make our own blockchain share updates which are executed in real-time. ShareVest will adhere to full legal and compliance requirements to match our online share register. In addition, new share owners will be issued e-certificates.
Real-Time Equity Transfer: Our distributed ledger protocols grant means we can exchange the title from securities buyer to seller. Ownership of shares will be updated transparently and in real time. This process allows private companies to issue securities on the primary market. Our platform also enables investors to buy and sell on the secondary market
Smart Contracts: The effectiveness of blockchain’s smart contracts enables multiple solutions during the transfer of shares. Smart contract code easily monitors whether someone can purchase shares based on the agreed terms of the transfer note.
Digital Currency: ShareVest accepts a combination of payment methods. Including a variety of digital currencies, fiat currency, wallets and smart contracts to secure, share and transfer capital for both parties.
Individual User Profiles: Although not foolproof, it can be helpful to look over experienced, successful fund managers’ shoulders to learn how they invest and allocate their capital because most are good stock pickers.
Open Investment Rounds: We give business owners the control to raise capital and fund their business at any given stage. This could be through a crowdfunding campaign or debtfinancing
A Single Shareholder: For capital raising companies only SHAREVEST CAPITAL MARKETS LIMITED will be listed on the cap table after the crowdinvesting campaign. Every investor who participated in the campaign will be included within our custodian arrangement. Some crowdinvesting platforms have poor nominee structures.
Employee Share Buyback Administration: The platform enables companies to easily administer employee liquidation with administrative settings and notifications.
Primary and Secondary Market: Our platform allows investors to build an investment portfolio in both new companies and established businesses.
Share Auctions: Investors will be able to list the names of companies in which they hold shares. Platform users will also be allowed to place a bid for all or some of another investors share holdings.
Big Data and Market Trends: Sharevest provides investors with information management tools to improve investment decisions.
Debt Financing and Convertible Debt: There will be further options on the platform to facilitate equity financing. Companies can ask investors for a straightforward loan, rather than a percentage of their business.

Instant Capital Approval and Transfer: All payments and settlements verification and approval will be swift as part of our quality control systems to ensure all financial transactions are hassle-free for both business owners and investors.
Low transaction and Commission Fees: We will charge a fee of 5% on received profits from Crowdinvesting campaigns and share investments.
Low fiat and cryptocurrency exchange fees: We will provide both investors and company owners low exchange fees using advanced analytics with direct data streams to multiple crypto-currency exchange providers. This will allow easy transactions to occur in one place.
Security: Our development team has prioritised security.
Platform due diligence: ShareVest will open its doors to the UK public initially, but plans on expanding to many other countries across the globe.
Notifications: Sharevest will alert customers when any new companies have joined the platform or submitted a request for investment or a loan.
