Respect! 94-year-old Man Builds A Backyard Pool For Neighborhood Kids After His Wife’s Death.
Imagine if a 94-year-old man who spent majority of his life with his wife, loses her all of a sudden. Anybody would be lonely in such a situation and for a 94-year-old man, it must be too much to handle. Apart from imaginations though, such a thing just happened in the real life. In April 2016, this 94-year-old man lost his wife “Evy Davison” who lost in the battle against cancer. He just couldn’t bear the silence which widespread in the whole house. In other words, it was a difficult situation for him to be in. Intelligently, he figured out that feeling depressed about the inevitable wasn’t going to help him and he surely needs to do something to eradicate silence from his house. What he did then is something unthinkable. The retired judge decided to make a backyard pool for the neighborhood kids to play in. It just took a small amount of time for him to execute the plan and it was ready.
The backyard pool which Keith Davison made for the neighborhood kids to play in, measures 16ft by 32ft. He loves children and claims that they remind him of his childhood and makes him feel happy. The silence in the house which catalysed the loneliness in him was eradicated completely by the neighborhood kids who love to visit his backyard pool.
The 94-year-old man is never lonely again, after creating the backyard pool.
