Great posting and sucks I can't nominate you as I've worked in SEO for some time and it is amazing just how wrong so many people get it. This is a really good yet comprehensive list you've got here as it won't overwhelm people that are unfamiliar.

I guess you could say overall over 10 years including web design. It began with web design and proper formatting but I didn't learn much about the back end of SEO until about two years ago from link building, long tail, and other things.
