Set Your Goals to Motivate You!
When it comes to motivation, it is all about finding what makes you tick, if you are doing a job or task that you particularly don't like, think of the reason of "WHY" you are doing it, "WHAT" will be the outcome on completion and how will you feel.
The WHY and WHAT are a driving force in getting things done, whether it is working towards money for a holiday, a home project that you are finding quite arduous, understand the WHY and WHAT is key.
This can also be applied to others, and understanding their WHY and WHAT, if you can find out what makes them tick, then you can easily motivate others, but first, get to grips with getting a better understanding of your own motivation, then means you can apply that to help others.
