Avoid Discounting For Deals.

When you provide a service such as Social Media Management (SMM) or Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) or anything else, it is important to maintain your pricing structures. Discounting prices to get customers in when things are quiet can be quite disastrous, not only to your income but to your business overall.

We are not saying never discount your services, but to be very wary of doing so. Let's say you need to sell 50 services to make your money, and you discount ALL of them by 50% (Offering a half price deal) then you now have to sell 100 services as well as do DOUBLE the work.

If you do need to entice new customers in, rather than discount, offer extra value, you can do the same for existing customers as a way of a loyalty reward, Just remember, if you appreciate the value of the services you provide, then so will your customers and clients, so don't undermine that by offering discounted prices.
