More and more it appears in the media: "You can make money with blogging". And that's right. Grab it a little handy and you can earn a pocket money. Become a millionaire? Hmm no, I would not assume that.

More and more bloggers are claiming to come around from full-time blogging. I personally have some trouble with these often journalistic articles. Because what is happening? Of course, a student who still lives at home and has a successful blog can earn a considerable pocket money. And if you do not have to pay a fee, then you can also save. If you have a rich man (I like box thinking, sorry!) Then you will also be able to get by quickly. But if you need two full-time salaries to pay your mortgage, what about it?

I have not yet found an article that states how much a full-time blogger earned on average, related to the number of visitors, for example. And so I find it very difficult to judge whether it is feasible, for example, to earn a modest income with blogging. However, it is a fact that more and more money is involved in blogging. And that making money with blogging is indeed possible. How? I will list the options for you.

Although there are plenty of options on which you can earn money with your blog, I explain in this article the three most common and easily accessible for you:

If you have enough visitors and enough page views, Google Adsense can be lucrative. These ads are served by Google and after you have set yourself how you want it and have put the code in WordPress, you do not have to do anything. You do not have to approach advertisers and can only hope that your visitors click. Because then you earn money. Very honest: with the 15,000 visitors I currently have on Like & Love (it!), It does not cost me € 1 per day. You really have to have a substantial target group.
Make use of affiliate marketing. My personal favorite and here soon follows an extensive blog. If you as a blogger 'promote' products and put a proper measurement link here, you get money for every purchase that is made. If you are a personal blogger, with a big fanbase, then people just want to buy it because you say it's good. When Jennie from the blog advertises Adidas shoes, I dare to say that a few extras are being sold that day.
You earn most of the sponsored articles in my view. Advertisers want to be on your blog with their product. For example, because they sell running clothes and you only write about running. The visitors you attract are undoubtedly also runners and can be triggered if you post a picture of the cool clothing of brand X. Increasingly, companies value the value of these personally advertised ads. How much you earn with it depends on the number of visitors. And also the willingness of advertisers, who unfortunately still assume that blogging is a hobby and that € 30 per article is enough. Not so! Do you want to know how to reach your value?

Secondary income: put yourself down as an expert!

Sometimes you do not necessarily earn a blog like in one of the forms above. But it can contribute to all income that you generate as an independent entrepreneur. A good example is Charlotte's Law. Charlotte is a boulder in writing shareable content, articles that are shared by everyone. For example, she writes a lot about copyright and, for example, a quota for bloggers. Her articles about Kluun and the 'stolen photos' that he posted on his blog were read en masse. Like her recent blog about Facebook's new conditions. Charlotte does not deserve such a blog directly, but every self-employed person who has read one of her articles will immediately think of her with legal advice. A blog is, in this case, an internal marketing tool. If I need legal advice, Charlotte is the first person I think of.
