Cooling Off Now After An Intense Sauna Suiting Session

I didn't expect that I was going to have an intense sauna experience today because the hot weather temperatures caused me to perspire beyond my expectations.

The water just seeped from the bottom of my sauna suit jacket. Next time I might have to put some cloth or plastic to catch the sweat because indeed I just sweated profusely.

I already felt the effects of overheating, a telltale sign of an impending heat stroke so after two hours I just given-up but before that I asked my mother to give e some thinned-out coffee and some toasted bread before I would go to the bathroom because I am just feeling restless and weak.

I planned to just sleep it off but that didn't happened because I am already panting due to the heat of my body inside. I tried to wait until I could not take it anymore, I just wanted to sweat some more.

But I am in the verge of a heat stroke already plus my bed is really get wet due to the seepage of my sweat to my bed. Restlessness and racing heart plus abnormal breathing pattern had made me to stop already and asked my parents to wheel me to the bathroom. @rocky1

I the bathroom I just tried to cool myself off by showering before I cleaned myself. So I was in the bathroom for a while because I am trying to get my internal temperatures back to normal again.

Right now I just am cooling my body with a wet towel being blown also by an electric fan. It is a good way to beat the heat during the hotter days.

Anyway I am just satisfied with my sauna suit session, I did sweated like a MoFo because of the heat of the day. I really could not wait any longer after a couple of hours of the session because I went overheating my internal body temperatures which is really a dangerous thing to happen because it might lead to a heat stroke. @steemcurator01

Would I recommend others to do the same? Yes I would provided that you take precautionary measures because you will indeed get a heat stroke if you overdo it. Plus have some cool drinks because definitely you will dehydrate yourself especially if the temperatures are very hot.

It sounds like your sauna suit session was very intense. did you enjoy it? or did you feel like you had to do it? Yes, next time, you should have some cool drinks to cool down. Watered-down coffee and toast is your usual meal.

I feel that I have to do it so that I can free myself with extra fluids and salt from my blood @gungho
I do not enjoy it because it makes me feel like I am in hell >o< because it happened that it was very hot this day unlike in the other times that I used this sauna suit but nonetheless I liked the results as I sweatted more than I expected considering that I only used it for only about two hours.

I did put myself in a near heat stroke level because it made my breathing and heartbeat unusual making me so restless during the process.

I am drinking as I needed it if only I get thirsty. The toast and sweet thinned out coffee is just for me to have some energy before going to the bathroom. Overall the session had been beneficial to me. :)
