RAINY DAY
So Today in Abuja, Nigeria, there was a heavy downpour of rain from the sky that stifled the plans and schedules of a lot of people. The rain was so heavy that it prevented a lot of people from getting to work on time. Luckily for me, I was with my bag umbrella and so I was saved from standing under shielded places to prevent the rain from getting me all messed up.!
It is obvious that the raining season has gradually come so here are a few things you must endeavor to do this season to avoid being a victim of the rain
- Ensure you carry bag umbrellas or shower caps in your purse as a woman.
- Make sure you properly shut all your windows at home to avoid rain messing your furniture at home.
- Always eat hot food and take hot tea to enable you deal with the cold.
- The road is usually slimy when it rains so your speed when driving should be moderate and if you cant see properly, please park and wait for the rain to subside
5.Apply brakes earlier and with less force when driving. - Ensure you keep your cell phone safe and properly hidden to avoid rain getting to it.
- If you have to go outside, avoid standing under tall trees and electricity poles especially if the rain is very heavy.
- Remember to cover yourself up properly when sleeping and even during the day
