It is true that these are the most popular topics, but that also means a person has more competition for readers and upvotes in these tags. One helpful thing is when you can combine topics and tag for both. For instance, a travel trip that features not only places, but foods. Also, having a nice balance of illustrations and text is more likely to get you more upvotes.
