Ronald Bernard is giving us inside knowledge
According to Ronald Bernard, the BIS (Bank of International Settlement) is running this world for a few 'elite' people, who are not elected and seem to be out of reach of giving an account of what they are doing to either governments or it ordinary people. They even enjoy immunity against prosecution and are not accountable to anyone, including govenments, at the same time they have the right to prosecute (like for example the ESM, but also the IMF and Central Banks) anyone else. Central Banks are not even public. They are private banks. They work for themself and their benefits.
It does not matter who you elect. At the end governments are only there to serve their masters. To them everything is a business model. Even misery like femine, war, natural desasters etc.
Graphically this is what he describes is their power structure.
The goals is to extract as much of real assets/wealth from the 'buttom to the top'. They don't care about anyone else except themself.
Everyone should really listen to what he has to say because, eventually, all people ARE effected by their actions. If no one stands up and/or stops in participating in their 'game', we all will stay in enslavement for the 'elite powers'.
