In recent times, I have felt "struggling" with myself, struggling with my thoughts, emotions, my future and everything. It makes me feel uncomfortable, how distressful. At age 20 with unclear things unclear, difficult to imagine, do not know what to do, where to go, can not determine the way forward, everything becomes strange. I gradually lost direction, saw "suffocate" in the crowded city but not a loved one.
