Yah, it is very true @inspirewithwords. Hate is heavy, we have to let it go because hate can make you sad.

If you see the person you hate, you will always feel sad and that can affect the health.

Me personally, I find it hard to hate people even if the have wronged me, I think that it is just my nature.
