Wing Walking: The most extreme sport in the world.
Well, regardless of your answer (which certainly, for relatively obvious reasons, will consider personal aspects when choosing), but considering the level of lethality - which is 3 deaths per 1000 practitioners - the sport that fills this spot is Wing Walking.
When it comes to extreme sports, many sports can easily be on any list... But being listed as the most dangerous is not one for everyone, and the essence of Wing Walking is what makes it terrifying (especially for who is afraid of heights): walk on the wings of a moving plane.
The "air show" is considered by many to be an open suicide. The main law in this sport that has practically reinvented the meaning of the word adrenaline is this: Never let go of what you're holding until you're holding onto something else.
Doing bold maneuvers is among the main requirement of the sport, but some practitioners are bolder and risk more challenging moves, such as planting a banana tree, hanging by their teeth and doing more "unusual" positions that in midair make potentially deadly stunts.
Heavy training and experience are basic requirements for those who want to practice this sport and being a wingwalker becomes an even more complicated hobby because it requires a lot of discipline, because you have to follow strict rules to enter this world and not suffer possible accidents (which are usually fatal).

There are only 20 teams in the world - after all, this sport is absolutely nothing traditional - and one pair is Brazilian: Pedrinho Mello (pilot) and Marta Lúcia Bognar (wingwalker). All practitioners use special equipment and the Showcat biplane is the aircraft model for safe sport.
