I made an appointment at the Apple genius bar to have the ribbon changed in my 1952 Underwood typewriter and decided the laptop table is where I fit in the most and am waiting for my turn in line

some little kid came over and didn't know what the hell is going on, I asked him if he know what it was I was typing on and he didn't. This is so sad.
Yes. It is sad but I think the parents are responsible for it. They hardly talk to their kids about the vintage stuff, forget about vintage stuff they don't talk at all. The problem is us, we are responsible for that kind of behavior. If we want this to change, probably we need to get out of facebook, instagram and all other useless stuff. We should make conversations with these kids, our grandparents, old people so that we can learn about their time and share our opinions. Out of all we make excuses, " Who has time ?"
they stuff them in a room with their ipad and go and watch tv or surf porn on the internet, it's really sad and exactly why I am not having kids. I already know I won't make time for them so why even bother?

only person that said anything was this little kid came up with a puzzled look on his face, I asked him if he knew what it was I was typing on and he said no. I asked if he wanted to try it and he again said no. the world is such a strange place these days, I remember when I was his age and going to my dad's tax office and he couldn't keep me off the 10 key machine
if it's not on a computer they want nothing to do with it. boring ass little kids not even intriqued with anything you can't plug in and have it consume your brain entirely.. Won't be long before ttheyre asking what the hell you are riding on when they see you on a bike :)

I was in a shit mood last night ... having to do the two things I hate the most, going to the dentist than directly to the Apple store! I was thourouly annoyed and @hash-tag ... my SGT MAJ in my discord was trying to talk me down while nothing was working, I downloaded malware... couldn’t get d.tube to let me post... the list goes on and on, I use bots on every single post and said that’s it ... I am not even going to attempt a bot vote I will ruin that too... and watch... I won’t even get $1 in upvotes !! Well I did :) one of those nights my friend ... I remember having those nights before I had discord in my life and I would have major melt downs!! Thank god for discord and @hash-tag .... the voice of reason we all need in desperate times ... I love @ankapolo comment :)

Discord is a lifeline and truly the missing link of anyone's blockchain journey I sincerely believe it makes all the difference. Some of the stunningly bloody awesome people I have met who I now consider real-life friends...Pure gold man...Discord is where the most community-minded peeps hang out!

I just don't see the point of coming on steemit and not engaging and am now currently sending a meme to every one of my friends blogs who just won't engage. I don't understand it......Let's see if the nudge works, shakes something loose. When it's too much work to talk, A great meme says it all!!

I think everyone - looked peripherally at you and wondered who the genius was at the genius bar. They could not handle you - your statement -nor your heavy antique not to mention your humour. Best not to meddle then - so u became invisible.

Great machine, making me feeling really nostalgic. I had a great time typing many letters long time ago.
Haha, it was worth lugging in there, I am so annoyed with apple products. I am not impressed with anything they do there ... the past two days they failed to fix my wife’s computer...again I got so much work done on this beautiful machine from 1952. I found ribbons on Ebay for it and didn’t need help fixing it, same thing with my PC, if it’s broken I fix it and do a better job repairing it than the “genius” working on over complicated machines that barely last as long as their warranties. I would love to see a “Thai”pwriter
