Week 3 weight loss journey update
Here is a quick update to my progress:
Last posted weight - 260 (August 10th 2018)
Current weight - 256
Even though its only 4 pounds, I feel a lot better. I sleep better and breath better.
I gotta keep the progress going and push harder and harder.
