Quick guide on cooking steak and eating healthy
Here's a quick guide on cooking a quick steak dinner or meal prepping.
Here's a picture of the steak, it's just Chuck steak and it's a good cheaper cut. I seasoned both sides with adobo and pink himalayan salt.
I cook the steaks for about 5 minutes each side on 80-85% heat.
Here's the pic of what they look like when done, I like them medium. Cook a little longer on each side for a little more well done.
Once you take them out of the pan you should let them rest for about 5 minutes before cutting.
Once done resting you can enjoy.
Here's a final pic of some squash and zucchini sauteed with garlic.
