Police, Hyderabad City visited Ganesh Pandals in Old city

Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City visited Ganesh Pandals in Old city in the areas of lalithabagh, Uppuguda, Laldarwaza, Gowlipura & Moghalpura and supervised security arrangements.
 C.P. Hyderabad interacted & conversed with important organizers of Ganesh idols and requested them to conduct the festival in peaceful manner during processions and maintain time scheduled to prevent any inconvience to -public & devotees. *
 In old city about 2000 Ganesh idols were installed and 983 idols will be immersed on the final immersion day i.e. on 05-09-2017
Maximum Ganesh idols will be immersion in Tank bund on 05-09-2017 from throughout the city and neighboring district.
Sri M. Mahendar Reddy, C.P. Hyd said elaborated bandobust arrangements have made with 24,000 police personnel for final day immersion on 05-09-2017 in Hyderabad city including Law & Order force, Task force, TSSP Platoons, AR Platoons (CAR, Head Quarters), CAPF Companies etc.Surveillance made through CCTV cameras of Ganesh procession at command control centre and stringent action will be taken against mischief mongers.
 A Huge deployment of force made in Hyderabad city to conduct the
festival in peaceful manner without any law & orders disturbances.
 He appealed all the Ganesh organizers to cooperate with the police and participate to conduct festival successfully.
All enroute masjids, Dargahs, Chillas will be covered with Kannaths to prevent any untoward incident.
Police bandobust will be there till last devotees reaches home.Special surveillance is being made on the possible mischief mongers.
 Large number of mufti teams are also deployed for effective safety measures.
DJS are not allowed as per Hon’ble Supreme Court guide lines.
