Earth is low on Helium now?

According to this video I've stumbled upon we're running out of helium:

The big question is, what would be the cheapest way to get more if we need it?

We can't send a tanker to the sun and fill it with helium, but when there's a need there's a way, I always think about the ways we can farm a needed commodity from outer space, moons and other planets, the challenge is: how to bring them to earth?
the biggest obstacle is humans on earth, it should be easy to fill containers and shoot them towards earth, however, how can we land them on earth without killing anybody is another thing. thinking about thousands of containers that each weigh tons, being shot towards us gives everyone on earth something serious to worry about. but at the moment I can't think of a good way to ensure everybody's safety while keeping the process cheap.
