Yeah, it’s interesting One of the first things I learned after I left Norway at 19 y.o. Where I would judge someone by their dressing, put them in a box A bit of a snob really. After I started living around the world I got surprised again and again, we actually have no idea what lives inside of people. So without judging the Finns, I find it funny that my Estonian roommate who has lived there for many years, says the Finns are not so worldly, and rather stuck in their old ideas. But then, who is not?!
By global standards, it is an isolated place with many who haven#t travelled far. this is changing a lot over the last 25 years though.
Yes, I thought so too, that it would be similar to Norwegians. She works in design and maybe this is what she has on her mind mainly. Anyway, again funny how we can perceive things differently.
