Thanks for the interesting Post but does it really depend so much on the programming language. I always thought its more about what you're programming. (For example Machine learning is better paid then web development).
Maybe i'm just saying this because i'm definitely in the 40/60 group my preferred languages are Python, Java, JavaScript (in this order).
Could you maybe provide a link to the Publishing?
